There is no limit on the number of registrations for active participation.

We recommend that you read these INSTRUCTIONS thoroughly before entering for the first time.
When filling out the application, choose either ORAL or POSTER. It is necessary to specify the THEMATIC FIELD for all types of presentations.
In harmony with the approved Ethical Codex of the CSC, it is necessary to fill in the form on potential conflict of interest.
A confirmation that your registration has been successfully submitted in the system will be immediately delivered to your e-mail. If you are not delivered the confirmation of your registration acceptance within 1 hour, please contact the organizational committee at pavezkova@kardio-cz.cz.
After sending the individual registration for active participation, it is possible to make changes and modifications in the form until September 30, 2024, midnight. Click on the abstract in the list on your personal congress page and correct it, then confirm and resubmit at the bottom of the page. Every change or new information submitted will be confirmed by e-mail. We recommend you to print out the registration form after you fill it in.
The program committee reserves the right to move a presentation originally registered as oral to the poster section, or vice versa.
The abstracts of accepted presentations will be available at the CSC web page as a part of the online program and also as a part of the Book of Abstracts.
If you want to submit more than one abstract, you have to go through the entire process of submitting again (click on “SUBMIT ABSTRACT” on your personal congress page).
