CSC members are asked to submit an abstract through their membership account, others through an account they have created in the past, those who are entering for the first time will choose "New Account - Individual".

When submitting abstracts, follow the instructions in the form, for a standard abstract, fill in the thematic area and type of communication (oral, poster), The competition of young cardiologists will again be part of the autumn Czech Cardiovascular Research and Innovation Days.
Applications for the Best of Czech Cardiology section can be submitted via a short form when submitting an abstract. Since 2016, it has been necessary to upload a pdf of an article that is registered for the competition.
Every year at the annual congress of the CSC, this section presents the best original scientific papers of CSC members, created at workplaces in the Czech Republic and published in the previous calendar year in international journals with an impact factor of >2.0. Citations of all submitted works (if they meet the conditions below) are published in the congress program and the best few (according to the IF value) are then presented in a special section during the congress. The three best are also awarded by the CSC Committee. Of course, even works that are not selected for oral presentation are among the best that Czech cardiology has produced in the field of research.
Conditions for submission of the thesis:
The evaluation committee will select the three best works, the authors of which will be announced at the CSC Gala Evening on May 6 and will be rewarded with a financial amount (1st place - 50 thousand CZK, 2nd place - 30 thousand, 3rd place - 20 thousand CZK)
Based on the review process, which will take place from 12.1.2025 to 30.1.2025, oral and poster communications (medical, nursing and technical) will be selected. Information on the inclusion or rejection of the abstract will be sent to the author by e-mail by the end of March 2025.
At the same time, the authors of invited lectures in blocks of working groups/professional societies or corporate symposia will also receive confirmation of the inclusion of the communication.

Presentations can be sent (uploaded) in advance via the web interface, or they can be submitted directly at the congress no later than 2 hours before the start of the block where the lecture is included, in the "slide-room" (either in Hall A or Hall E, it is not important in which hall the presentation is included, the slide-rooms are connected).
For video files, it is necessary to deliver the presentation 24 hours in advance (for Saturday lectures, send it in advance or submit it in the convention registration on Friday 2.5.2025). If the delivery is not complied with in the specified time limit, the organizers reserve the right not to accept the presentation for technical reasons.
The submitted presentation MUST include a slide with a declaration of conflict of interest for all events organized by the Czech Society of Cardiology. You can download a sample slide on the CSC website
By default, Microsoft Office with Power Point and Word is installed on computers.

All posters will be presented electronically in the foyer of the Prague Hall in Hall Prague. E. Information on the size of the materials for delivery will be announced as part of the confirmation of receipt of the poster in March 2025.

We would like to inform the convention participants that they will not automatically have the PRINTED PROGRAM OF THE CONVENTION available, pdfcan be downloaded from the website about a month before the event, or you can print only "My Personal Program" or download the application to your mobile devices. If you are interested in the printed program, it is possible to order it during the online registration for the convention (for 100 CZK).
