Registration is possible for the on-site part of the congress, which will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre (4th - 7th May) and separately only for the on-line part of the congress (broadcasting will take place on 29.4. - 2.5)
Registration in advance (on-line) for the ON-SITE PART is open until 20th April. After this date, it is possible to register on the spot for an increased registration fee.
Registration for the ON-LINE part will also be available during the broadcast until 2.5.

The registration fee for the in-person part of the congress includes admission to professional meetings, a congress bag, two lunch vouchers and 4x coffee breaks, free entry to the Opening Ceremony of the congress with a welcome cocktail on May 4 in Hall of the Fair. A1.
It also includes the possibility of remote viewing of the program 29.4. - 2.5.
Lunches and coffee breaks will be served in the canteens on the ground floor of the Hall. E and on the gallery pav. A1.
Convention attendees on maternity or parental leave have FREE REGISTRATION. Please send the request for waiver of the registration fee to the klimova@kardio-cz.cz's e-mail (together with a confirmation from the Labour Office or the child's birth certificate). If you do not provide confirmation, you will be asked to pay the standard fee according to the prices of on-site registrations.

Printed Program
We would like to inform the convention participants that they will not automatically have the PRINTED PROGRAM OF THE CONVENTION available, pdf can be downloaded from the website about a month before the event, or you can print only "My Personal Program" or download the application to your mobile devices. If you are interested in the printed program, it is possible to order it when registering for the convention (for 100 CZK).
Free exhibitor registrations entitle you to enter all areas of the congress, for partial exhibitor registrations only to Hall A1 + lunch voucher
The reduced registration fee valid for online registration must be paid no later than April 25, 2025 (does not apply to remote viewing, where it is possible to pay the fee by card until 3 May).tag. Those who register in advance (online) and do not manage to make the payment are obliged to pay the increased registration fee on the spot.
Payments for the registration fee should be sent to the CSC account only after receiving an e-mail confirmation of registration, which will also include all payment instructions. Please use your registration number as the variable symbol.
If you require a confirmation (tax document) for the payment of the registration fee or other orders, it is necessary to request it either directly during registration or no later than in the month in which the payment was made. Later requests will not be considered.
If you require an invoice to be issued BEFORE PAYMENT, it is necessary to request an invoice by e-mail (cks@kardio-cz.cz).
THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID CAN BE REFUNDED NO LATER THAN APRIL 20, 2025
For group registration (2 or more people) the same principles apply as for individual registration. It is also done through the on-line system - "My Account" of the sponsor of the group registration. Primarily, an individual (company) registers first and then selects "group registration" in their convention offer.
