The registration fee includes the participation in the scientific program, lunch, coffee breaks and the Dinner and Dance on December 5. You will be asked to submit the advance payment confirmation when registering at site.

Certificates of the Czech Society of Cardiology will be issued at the registration. The event is assessed by Czech Medical Chamber 8 credit points.
The request on the issuance of the certificate is part of the on-line registration.

Registered participants will be divided into groups of 20 persons, tours will take place every half hour. Start in the lobby on 6th floor of the children's part of the hospital. Each registered participant receives theemail with the instructions, for which the time and which group is listed. After the end of the tour, it is possible to get to the Břevnov monastery buses no 174 and 180 from station „FN Motol" to station „Vypich", here change to tram 22 or 25 and get off at the stop "Břevnov monastery".

Listen and dance with the Original Prague Syncopated Orchestra. After the end of prof. Šamánek´s ceremonial lectures the gala dinner will follow in the cellar areas of the Břevnov Monastery – entry only on the basis of ticket received at registration desk. Participants are free of charge, the price for one additional ticket is 500 Czk.

Presentation please provide a technician in the hall at least 1 hour before the beginning of the session, where it is included.
There will be available computer projection (dataprojection).
from Brno
From the D1 Highway to the Southern Connector, the direction Smíchov, after Barrandov bridge to Zlíchov tunnel, direction Břevnov until the Strahovský tunnel. After leaving the tunnel continue on Patočkova Street, the monastery is seen in the front right (approx. 0.5 km).
from Plzeň
in the end of the D5 Highway right direction to the Motol, around the hospital to the junction Vypich and then on the right side on Bělohorská Street. The monastery appears on the left hand under the hill. It is necessary to run light junction and return.
Parking can be directly on the premises of the monastery, where appropriate, before him.
