The registration will be possible for the part of the congress that can be attended (the offline part) in the Brno Trade Fair Venue (May 8-10) and separately for the online part of the congress (the program will be broadcast from the Hermitage Hotel, Prague, on May 11-13).

The registration fee includes the admission to professional meetings, the congress bag, three vouchers for lunch and coffee breaks (May 8, 9 and 10), and free admission to the Congress Opening Ceremony with a welcome drink on May 8. Lunch and coffee breaks will be served in the dining rooms on the groundfloor of Halls E and A2.
Congress participants on maternity or parental leave gain REGISTRATION FREE OF CHARGE. Please send a request for the registration fee exemption to klimova@kardio-cz.cz (together with a state authority confirmation on your child’s birth). If you fail to submit the confirmation, you will be asked to pay the full fee as listed at registration.

The Printed Program
Please note that the Congress participants will not obtain the PRINTED CONGRESS PROGRAM automatically; the pdf can be downloaded from the website about a month before the event, or just "My personal program" can be printed or an application can be downloaded to the mobile phone. If you are interested in getting the printed program, it is possible to order it when you register for the Congress (at 50 Czk).
The registration for exhibitors that is free of charge only entitles them to enter hall A1 and professional meetings; partial registration only entitles the exhibitors to enter hall A1 + a lunch voucher.
The reduced registration fee valid for online registration must be paid no later than April 30, 2022. Those who register in advance (online) and fail to complete the payment, will be required to pay the increased registration fee on the spot.
Send the payments for the registration fee to the CSC account only after you obtain the email confirmation of the registration that will include all payment instructions. State your registration number as the variable symbol.
If you require a confirmation on the payment (tax document) of the registration fee (tickets to the Gala Evening, program), you have to ask for it either immediately along with the registration or no later than at the end of the month in which the payment was made. Unfortunately, we cannot satisfy your request later.

A PAID REGISTRATION FEE CAN BE REFUNDED UNTIL APRIL 30, 2022, WITH 25% CANCELLATION FEE DEDUCTED.
The registration principles are the same for group registration (2 and more participants) as for individual registration. It is to be done through the online system - "My account" of the person who is entering the group registration.
First, you have to register as an individual (company), then choose "group registration" in your congress menu.
To enter the online part of the congress (May 11-13), you will need your code presented to you at the registration.
