INSTALLATION IN ADVANCE: if you need more time to build up your exposition (the official installation and therefore free of charge starts on May 23, 7.30), you can agree on a paid installation - 100 Czk/m2/stand/day, at minimum 4500 Czk/stand/day. The installation in advance has to be ordered in writing by email: tsuna@bvv.cz at least 10 days before the official installation. The order has to include invoice data of the company that will perform the advance installation and an approved ground plan of the exposition in question. The permission to enter and the invoice will be sent to you together with the order confirmation. The invoice has to be paid before the installation in advance starts.
The installation in advance can only be performed May 21–22, 2015, between 7.30 and 20.00. The entrance to the BVV premises with the purpose of installation in advance will be possible through gate 9, which will be open between 7.30 and 20.30. If the written order of installation in advance is sent fewer than 10 days before the official installation, the price rises to 150 Czk/m2/stand/day, at least 7500 Czk/stand/day.
EXTENDED INSTALLATION: if you need to continue with the installation after the official installation, the price is 100 Czk/m2/exposition, at least 4000 Czk/h/stand. The installation extension has to be agreed on in advance.
