The confirmation of the abstract placement, or the information about its rejection, will be sent to all authors by e-mail at the beginning of March 2014. The same is valid for the confirmation of presentation placement for the authors of invited presentations in the blocks of work groups/professional societies or company symposia.

Poster presentations (doctors) will be divided into 2 sections – Monday (05/05) and Tuesday (06/05).

Each day the program committee will choose 5 posters best evaluated in the review proceedings and these posters will be moderated during the morning break of the day from 10,30 to 11,00 a.m. The assessment committee will choose the best one out of the 5 moderated posters after the break. The Monday and Tuesday winning posters will be announced and awarded on Tuesday, May 6, during the CSC Gala Evening.

Posters will be located in hall E, 1st floor – the poster room (doctor section) and foyer of the Morava room (nurse section), where panels 86 x 156 (width x height) will be provided. Each poster has one panel, marked by a number in the printed program. Installation is done using pin

Installation of posters (doctors):
We would like to ask all authors of chosen moderated posters to be present at their panel during the moderation time (morning break).

For Monday poster section you can install posters on Sunday, May 4, from 15.00 to 19.00, or on Monday, May 5, from 7.30 to 9.00. Poster disassembly is planned for May 5 from 17.30 to 17.45.

For Tuesday poster section you can install posters on Monday, May 5, from 17.45 to 18.00, or on Tuesday, May 6, from 7.30 to 9.00. Poster disassembly is possible until May 7 (end of congress).

We would like to ask all poster authors to keep the times fixed for installation and disassembly. Otherwise, the organizers reserve the right to remove the poster. Unclaimed posters will be kept at the congress registration, and then will be destroyed.

Nurse posters will be installed in the space outside the Morava room, each poster will be allotted a panel 86 x 156 (the same size as for doctor posters). The number of the panel corresponds to the number of the presentation in the (printed) program. Posters can be put up during Sunday or Monday and have to be taken down on May 7, 12.30, when the congress finishes, at latest. If the posters are not removed, they will be destroyed when the panels are disassembled.
The authors need not be necessarily present at their posters for the whole congress time in the case of nurse posters.
