Registration desk will be open from 9.11. from 8.00 a.m. throughout the symposium.
The registration fee includes admission to professional meetings, a printed program, a congress folder, meal vouchers for lunch on November 9 and 10, a free coffee break (4x)Lunches will be served on the ground floor of the hotel in the restaurant, coffee breaks will be served in the premises of the company stands in the foyer of the congress hall.
Payments for the registration fee should be sent to the CSC account only after receiving the e-mail confirmation of registration, which will also contain all payment instructions. Enter your registration number as a variable symbol. The registration confirmation will state the number of the crown and euro account.
THE PAID REGISTRATION FEE CAN BE REFUNDED NO LATER THAN 1.11.2025 AFTER DEDUCTING THE 25% CANCELLATION FEE.
The same rules apply to group enrollment as to individual enrollment. It is also carried out through the online system - "My Account" of the sponsor of the group registration. Primarily, an individual (company) registers first through and then chooses "mass registration" in its congress offer. In this way, it is possible to enter 2 or more registrations (there is no upper limit). When entering individual members of group registration, the surname, first name, type of registration and requirement for the issuance of a certificate are required. After the completion of the assignment, the contracting authority will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming all registrations, including the sub-registration numbers of individual group registerers. When paying the registration fee, it is therefore possible to either pay the entire payment for the group under the main registration number (var.symbol) or individual group registered can pay only for themselves with their sub-registration number. If an amount under the main registration number is paid that does not correspond to the total amount for registration, it will not be credited to the group. If you pay for a part of the group registered, always inform the Organizational Secretariat for which members the payment is made.
