The end of the year is traditionally the time when on behalf of the Czech Society of Cardiology Committee and the Organizational and Program Congress Committees we request the pleasure of your participation at the CSC
Annual Congress. This year it is the 21st CSC Annual Congress and it is going to take place on 4–7 May 2013.

The date when the active participation registration finishes is January 10, 2013 (midnight).
