General Information

Based on the review proceedings, oral presentations will be classified into thematic fields, each of them will be chaired by 2 experts chosen by the Program Committee. For each presentation there will be 12 minutes (the exact timing will be specified in the email confirmation of the presentation position).

Poster presentations will be divided into 2 sections – Monday section (14/05) and Tuesday section (15/05). Each day the program committee will choose 5 posters best evaluated in the review proceedings and these posters will be moderated during the morning break of the day from 10,30 to 11,00 a.m. The evaluation committee will choose the best one out of the 5 moderated posters after the break. The Monday and the Tuesday winning posters will be announced and awarded on Tuesday, May 15, during the CSC Gala Evening.

Posters will be located within hall E, 1st floor – the poster room – where panels (h 86 cm, w 156 cm) will be provided. Each poster has one panel. Installation using pins. We would like to ask all authors of chosen moderated posters to be present at their panel during the moderation time (morning break).

Procedure for entering abstracts in the online form:
When entering abstracts, you have to be logged in the CSC online system; choose "Individual registration for active participation", enter the title and the thematic field in the next window (does not concern the block The Best of Czech Cardiology), enter a short summary and the type of presentation; in the next window you enter co-authors (the first author is automatically generated from the data, this cannot be changed).
Before the possibility of entering abstracts is closed, you can change, delete or add data. When it is closed on January 10, 2012, no changes will be accepted.
Abstracts can be entered in Czech, Slovakian or English.

You can enter the abstract at your congress page. All registrations for active participation can only be entered through the CSC online system - "My account".

To log in, use the login name and password you have chosen in the previous registration or which was assigned to you as a CSC member. CSC non-members who have not registered before have to make a new account (New user - individual).

If you do not remember your login data, we will be happy to inform you by phone or email at request. Contact the organizational secretariat.
