CSC Certificate

Czech Nurses Association Certificate (for health care workers)
10 credits for active participation, 
  5 credits for co-authorship of an oral presentation
  4 credits for poster co-authorship 
  4 credits for passive participation for each day (max. 12 credits).

CSC Certificates will be issued at the registration from Tuesday 18/5/2010 afternoon to Wednesday 19/5/2010 until 1 p.m.

Czech Nurses Association Certificates for passive participation will be issued in the registration area starting on Monday 17/5/2010 at 1 p.m.; the number of credits depends on the number of days of participation, i.e. 4 credits will be granted for each day (from the registration). At maximum, 12 credits can be granted (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). No credits will be granted for Sunday as there is no nurse section planned.

Czech Nurses Association Certificates for active participation and co-authorship (chairing) will be issued during the entire congress.  We would like to ask those who are entitled to obtain an active participation certificate (they are presenting in one of the nurse blocks, they are chairing them or they are co-authors of presentations in nurse blocks) to state so when collecting the certificate – in this way they will obtain two certificates, both for passive and active participation. In compliance with the amended Regulation no. 423/2004 of Coll. Art. 3b section (5), the credits for concurrent passive and active participation are added and you are entitled to credits for both forms of participation.

CICE Certificates will be issued for participation in the presentation block of the Czech Institute for Cardiovascular Education. After the program finishes it will be possible to collect the certificate in the registration area until the registration closes on that day. This certificate will play a role during cardiology exams.

Physiotherapists Union Certificates and  Czech Radiographers Society Certificates will be issued on request starting on Tuesday 18/5/2010 1 p.m. at the “nurses certificates” stand.

The request for CSC certificate issuance is included in the on-line registration and it is possible to ask for its issuance anytime during the entire congress. Czech Nurses Association Certificates will be prepared ahead for all registered health care workers including certificates for active participation and co-authorship (in dependence on the entered presentations in Nurse sections). The health care workers who are going to register on the spot will obtain the certificate on request at the above-mentioned times.

CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE SENT BY POST after the end of the congress.
