Registration for passive participation is only possible through the online registration system - your account, until October 31, 2021.
Czech Society of Cardiology Members are asked to register through their membership account, others through the account they have created in the past (participants of CSC cardio congresses and other its events), those entering for the first time, choose "New account - individual".

Registration Desk will be open from 7.11. from 9.00 am throughout the whole symposium.
Registration fee includes entry to professional meetings, printed program, congress folder, meal voucher for lunch on November 8, free coffee break (4x)
Lunche will be issued on the ground floor of the hotel in the restaurant, coffee breaks will be issued in the company expositions of the foyer of the congress hall.
Send payments for the registration fee only after receiving the e-mail confirmation of registration, where all payment instructions will be listed. Enter your registration number as a variable symbol.
THE PAID REGISTRATION FEE CAN BE REFUNDED NO LATER THAN 1 NOVEMBER 2021 AFTER DEDUCTING 25% CANCELLATION FEE.
