The acceptance of fees via bank transfer will be CLOSED on 18/5/2008; later the payment is unidentifiable and the participant can be asked to pay again on the spot, where the registration fee is higher.

Active participants (1st authors of presentations) will pay the same registration fee as the other participants. CSC members younger than 35 years of age (1st authors) can ask the Galena Endowment Fund (Healthy Heart) for congress fee refund.

Registration fee CANNOT BE PAID BACK!!!!! (in case of double payments, failure to arrive etc.).

It is NEWLY possible for group registrations that each of the group members pays the fee separately. All members of the group will have their special numbers for the registration and if the payment is not covered collectively, this number is to be used as the variable symbol. If the payment comes to the account with the group variable symbol, i.e. in the non-corresponding amount, it will not be possible to add it to the other registered payments in the group.

Please, pay the registration fee to the account of Czech Society of Cardiology number 502-464517024/2700, the variable symbol is your registration number included in the e-mail “Confirmation on registration to the congress”. Pay the registration fee only after the on-line registration.

KEEP THE CONFIRMATION OF THE REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE) AND BE READY TO PRESENT IT WHEN REGISTERING.

The on-line registration (registration in advance) will be finished on April 30, 2008; later, only the registration on the spot is possible.
