Participation certificates

- CSC Certificate
- Czech Association of Nurses Certificate      (for medical workers)	15 credits for active participation, 10 credits for co-authorship, 3 credits for passive participation for each day (max. 9 credits).
- EBAC Certificate

CSC and EBAC Certificates will be handed out at the registration on Tuesday morning 15/5/2007 and on Wednesday 16/5/2007 until 1 p.m.
Czech Association of Nurses Certificates will be handed out in the registration area starting on Monday 1 p.m.; the number of credits depends on the number of days of participation, i.e. 3 credit points will be given for each day since registration. At maximum, 9 credits can be given (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). No credits will be given for Sunday.

Czech Association of Nurses Certificates for active participation and co-authorship will be handed out from Monday 1 p.m. to the end of the congress.

The request for CCS and EBAC certificate issuance is included in the on-line registration and it is possible to ask for its issuance anytime during the entire congress. Czech Association of Nurses Certificates will be prepared ahead for all registered medical workers including certificates for active participation and co-authorship (according to the entered presentations in Nurse sections). The medical workers who are going to register on the spot will obtain the certificate on request at the above-mentioned times.

CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE SENT BY POST after the end of the congress.
