The acceptance of fees via bank transfer will be FINISHED on 7/5/2007; then the registration fee is higher and can only be accepted on the spot.

Active participants (1st authors of presentations) will pay the same registration fee as the other participants. CCS members younger than 35 (1st authors) can ask the Galena Endowment Fund (Healthy Heart) for congress fee refund.

Registration fee CANNOT BE PAID BACK!!!!! (in case of double payments, failure to take part etc.).

KEEP THE CONFIRMATION OF THE REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE) AND BE READY TO PRESENT IT WHEN REGISTERING.

On-line registration (registration in advance) will be finished on 24 April 2007; later, only the registration on the spot is possible.

Name badges

Each congress participant including exhibitors will obtain a name badge that will entitle them to enter the congress facilities. 

Name badge colours:  

Red	registered for the entire congress
Green	one-day registration (the day will be marked)
Gold	society committee, congress guests, CCS honorary members
Blue	exhibitors
Yellow	medical workers
Purple	organizational committee (the member will also be wearing white T-shirts with the congress logo to be easily identified)

 
All congress entrances will be checked by a security agency; therefore, make sure your name badge is visible.

YOU CANNOT ENTER WITHOUT THE NAME BADGE - if you lose it, a copy will be provided for the charge of 200 Czk.
